Function
The rolling mill is the main equipment in the continuous rolling production line, which is composed of rigid frame, roll pair, universal coupling, motor reducer, gas-liquid pressurization system, gap adjustment system, electrical control system, feeding guard plate, roll surface cleaning mechanism, etc.
The main function is to make the pole piece reach the appropriate compactness under the rolling of the roller, and meet the pole piece thickness requirements according to the coating thickness. This equipment adopts the gap adjustment structure of ball screw wedge iron to adjust the roll gap, and the linear speed is adjusted by frequency converter to achieve stepless speed regulation.
