1. The whole machine adopts Japanese Mitsubishi PLC and Weilun touch screen control, the working parameters can be set on the screen and the operation status can be displayed.
2. It adopts 3 sets of Japanese Mitsubishi servo motors and servo drives for linkage control, stepless speed regulation, low noise and stable tension.
3. The magnetic powder brake controls the unwinding tension.
4. Adopt pneumatic pressure material receiving platform to save material changing time.
5. Using encoder automatic meter counting device, when the material is cut and rewinded to the preset length, the machine will automatically stop working
6. EPC automatically corrects deviations. When the edges of incoming materials are not neat, they can be automatically corrected to reduce the waste of edge materials.
7. The rewinding shaft arm adopts left and right double shafts and is equipped with a rewinding pressure detection device, which can automatically adjust the rewinding pressure according to the thickness of the rewinding material. The rewinding pressure can also be set by yourself.
8. The rewinding shaft cooperates with the central steel roller to rewind, which can eliminate the air and bubbles in the material during the rewinding process, while ensuring the shortest distance between the steel roller and the rewinding material, so that the rewinding material is neat and beautiful.
9. According to different materials, three different cutting methods such as upper and lower round knives, industrial straight knives and pneumatic knives can be selected.
10. The waste collection system adopts the fan side blowing type.
