It is assembled with separator, automatically outsourcing the separator in the electrode film, automatically cuts off the diaphragm, automatically terminates the adhesive tape, automatically unloads, and manually collect batteries.

●Slightly bent, brushed, swayed and flexible suction cups can effectively prevent the phenomenon of multi-board absorption;

●Second precise positioning to ensure the alignment of the printing plate;

●Equipment dust removal device, which can concentrate the debris of the dust collector to ensure the cleanliness of the mechanical table;

●Positive and negative electrodes pressing claws form the negative electrode membrane to prevent cross-contamination;

● Dry the ion blowing film to remove static electricity on the isolation film;

●The secondary positioning installation of the ultrasonic sensor can detect the duplication or absence of pills;

●Using servo-driven laminating machine to make the interlayer stress uniform;

●Imported non-marking buffer sucker, effectively preventing the sucker from printing and indentation;

●With diaphragm recovery function and the first diaphragm correction function.
