Description

This machine is suitable for the final vacuum sealing of lithium pouch batteries and the removal of the edges of air bags. Manually place the battery on the turntable feed mechanism. The battery pouring direction is downward. Rotate the feed through the turntable. (The turntable is placed in 3 positions, and it rotates 120 degrees each time.) The paper feed turntable rotates into place and starts edge sealing. Enter the trimming station at 120 degrees to trim the edges. After trimming, rotate 120 degrees to return to the loading position, manually remove the fabric, and repeat the above operation.

5. The temperature accuracy is controlled within ±2°C and controlled by PLC program. If the temperature is too high or too low, the alarm will automatically stop

7. The power of the heating tube is 700 watts; the working temperature range of the nozzle is RT~300℃;

8. The diameter of the upper cylinder is 63mm, and the diameter of the bayonet cylinder is 25mm;

9. The doors and windows are made of sheet metal baking varnish, and the exhaust fan is installed on the top;

10. The cutting airbag adopts a double-edged knife structure, and each pair of blades cuts the edge independently;

11. The blade is made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant tool steel, with tool life> 600,000 times;
