The width of the coating width is defaulted as the maximum width of 250mm, which can be customized according to customer requirements

The comma scraper can be rapidly raised and lowered by the cylinder, which is convenient for cleaning, and the stainless steel waste tray is installed to ensure the cleanliness of the machine;

Glue pressure is controlled by precise adjustment of air pressure;

The coating gap is adjusted from both sides by a small hand wheel, and the coating gap is checked with a Japanese Mitutoyo dial indicator, which is more convenient, fast and accurate;

The comma scraper gap adjustment range is set within 0-1mm, which can be customized according to customer requirements;

The coating head can adopt three coating methods: comma roll, micro concave head (line bar), and slit head, which can be replaced at any time.

5. Oven characteristics

Five-stage hot-air circulating dry furnace, with a total length of 3.5m (0.7m*5), and independent automatic temperature control in the range of room temperature to 200°C;

Independent exhaust air and moisture removal system;

Electric opening and closing system makes it easier to pick and place the coated substrate;

The length of the oven and the baking method can be customized according to customer requirements.

6. The whole machine is driven by six servo motors, with simple structure and better synchronization, which reduces the failure rate of the machine;

7. The coating speed is adjustable, and the coating speed can be displayed at 0.3-6 m/min;

8. The whole machine is exquisite, occupies a small space, and the amount of proofing glue is small (about 50 grams can be proofed).
