Test chamber refrigeration system

1. Refrigeration principle:

The refrigeration part is the main part of the equipment that produces the cold source, which provides the required cold energy for the equipment's cooling, low temperature and constant temperature. According to the different test conditions of the equipment, the refrigeration system automatically opens to provide cold energy for the corresponding test process. To achieve the purpose of meeting the performance indicators of the equipment. The design of the refrigeration system applies energy adjustment technology. An effective treatment method can ensure that the energy consumption and cooling capacity of the refrigeration system can be adjusted under the normal operation of the refrigeration unit.

The operating cost and failure rate of the refrigeration system are reduced to a more economical state.


2. Refrigeration system components:

2.1. Compressor: The core of the refrigeration system is the compressor. In this plan, we use the French Taikang fully enclosed compressor to form a set of refrigeration system to ensure the cooling requirements of the studio. The refrigeration system consists of a high-pressure refrigeration cycle and a low-pressure refrigeration cycle. 2.2. Oil separator: Whether the compressor has enough refrigerating oil will directly affect its life. 2.3. Condensing evaporator: The brazed plate heat exchanger produced by the world's most advanced ALfaLaval company in Sweden or swep company in Sweden is used. This heat exchanger is made of several pieces of herringbone corrugated corrosion-resistant stainless steel. A pair of adjacent stainless steel sheets have opposite corrugated directions, and the corrugated back lines intersect each other to form a large number of contact solder joints. Due to the complex contact cross network channels, the fluids on both sides form turbulent flow, which increases the heat transfer strength and at the same time The strong turbulence and smooth stainless steel surface make the inner surface of the brazed plate heat exchange channel not easy to scale. 2.4. Vibration reduction: the compressor spring is used to reduce the vibration, and the refrigeration system is damped twice; the refrigeration system pipeline adopts the method of increasing R and elbow to avoid the deformation of the copper tube caused by the change of vibration and temperature, thereby causing the refrigeration system tube The road is broken.

2.5. Refrigeration evaporator: The evaporator is located in the interlayer of the air duct at one end of the test box, and it is forced to ventilate by a blower motor for rapid heat exchange.

2.6 Refrigeration auxiliary parts: All other auxiliary parts in the refrigeration system of this test chamber adopt imported components. 2.7. Energy adjustment measures: Under the premise of ensuring the main technical indicators of the test chamber, it is indispensable to adjust the cooling capacity of the system according to different cooling speeds and temperature ranges. For this reason, we have added its energy adjustment in addition to the aforementioned considerations. Measures, such as evaporating temperature adjustment, energy adjustment, and hot gas bypass energy adjustment to ensure that the main technical indicators are met and the energy consumption of the equipment is reduced.

2.8. When the fan rotates at a high speed, the air in the working chamber is sucked into the air duct from the lower part, and blown out from the top of the duct after being heated and cooled. The air after heat exchange with the sample in the working chamber is sucked into the air duct and circulated repeatedly to achieve Temperature setting requirements.


Control System
